Sig Sauer Guide Rod Fitment (P320 / P365 Family)
Compact, Full Size, X-Five, P365, and P365XL each use their own NDZ guide rod assembly.
The P320 is modular — the guide rod isn't
You can move your P320 fire-control unit between grip modules and slides all day, but the recoil spring assembly is sized to the slide and barrel length it's running in. A longer slide travels farther and needs its own assembly. So even on Sig's most modular platform, the guide rod stays model-specific — match it to the actual slide length you're shooting.
P320 Compact / Full Size / X-Five
NDZ makes a dedicated assembly for the P320 Compact, Full Size, and X-Five — three different slide lengths, three different part numbers. Grab the one for your slide.
P365 / P365XL
The micro-compact P365 and P365XL run a shorter assembly again, and they don't share a part with each other. See the table below for the exact rod and store link for each.

- Does one guide rod fit every P320 size?
No — the Compact, Full Size, and X-Five have different slide and barrel lengths, so each gets its own assembly. Match yours in the table above.
- The P320 is modular — why isn't the guide rod universal?
The fire-control unit is the serialized, swappable part, but the recoil spring assembly is sized to each slide length. A longer slide travels farther and needs its own rod, so it stays model-specific even on a modular gun.
- Does the P365 rod fit the P365XL?
No — NDZ lists the P365 and P365XL as separate parts (NDZ-GRA-SIG-P365-V and NDZ-GRA-P365XL-V).
- Does this fit the X-Five?
Yes — the P320 X-Five has its own dedicated assembly (NDZ-SIG-P320-X5-V). See the table above.
